Other common causes of gynecomastia are Obesity and stress.

Most of theses causes can be identified by your physician, in some cases imaging by X-rays or ultrasound is required to confirm the diagnosis. Blood tests may be necessary to identify any possible underlying diseases that may be responsible for gynecomastia.
